Optimization of the management system and employment rationalization

Optimization of the management and employment system consists in identifying and analyzing selected organizational problems with an indication of possible and recommended corrective actions, creating and recommending a rationalized organizational structure (in terms of its configuration, division of powers and responsibilities, optimization of management spreads), employment analysis based on comparative labor-intensive and functional models dedicated to various organizations (e.g. local government units, chemical and energy companies, etc.), preparation of a project for the allocation of personnel resources, taking into account the principles of rational management spread.

The stages of the project implementation:

  • organization and management audit,
  • auditing the state and structure of employment,
  • project of configuration of the organizational structure along with the employment project.
