Employees of Instytut Ekonomiczny MODUS Sp. z o.o. have many years of experience and practice in managing and implementing projects in the area of ​​organization and management gained in over 100 companies from both the SME sector and large business units (including international groups).

 

April 2009 - development of three applications under the program Support for research and development works and implementation of results of these works. Operational Program - Innovative Economy Measure 1.4-4.1 for Plasma SYSTEM S.A. and Rem-Kon Sp. z o.o. (total value of projects less than PLN 30 million).

April 2009 - preparation of an economic and financial part to the Welding Institute's application under the Operational Program Priority 1 "Research and development of modern technologies" (total project value less than PLN 20 million).

December 2008 - preparation of the application for co-financing under Priority XII, action 12.1 "Construction of helicopters for the needs of the Hospital Emergency Department at the SPZOZ District Hospital in Zabrze".

November 2008 - Economic and financial analysis of the electronic public service card project - consultancy in the preparation of cost estimates, projections of costs of revenues and costs and the estimation of economic effects for the local community.

November 2008 - preparation of the economic and financial part for the application "Development of the research potential of the Laser Technology Laboratory of the Welding Institute" (project value around PLN 8 million).

November 2008 - consultancy and preparation of 10 applications for co-financing of investments under the Regional Operational Program of the Śląskie Voivodeship for a total amount of approx. PLN 15 million, including for:

  • Gliwice Zakłady Urządzeń Technicznych GZUT S.A. - 3 applications.
  • Przedsiebiorstwo Elsit Sp. z o.o.
  • PUMAR Hydraulika Sp. z o.o.
  • Plasma System S.A.
  • Konsorcjum Kapitałowo Finansowe S.A.
  • SAR Sp. Jawna.

August 2008 - Business plan of the Center for Innovative Laser Technologies for the production of modern ecological power boilers - preparation of documentation for investments under the ENERGOINSTAL S.A. investment program worth about PLN 28 million.

May - July 2008 - Business plan along with the analysis of the economic efficiency of the investment processed plastic waste into a component of liquid fuels - a project carried out on behalf of GTL Serwis Sp. z o.o. included a wide program from market analysis for KTSF (wide hydrocarbon fraction), feasibility study (in technical, organizational and economic aspect) to business plan.

May 2008 - consultancy and preparation of applications for co-financing under the Regional Operational Program of the Śląskie Voivodeship, measure 9.2 "Infrastructure of open treatment" for NZOZ Centrum Medyczne Graniczna and SAR Sp. Jawna.

April 2008 - consultancy and preparation of the application for co-financing of the research project "New technologies of arc, laser and frictional joining of metals" for the Instytut Spawalnictwa (Welding Institute) in Gliwice under the Operational Program Innovative Economy measure 1.1.2 for the amount of PLN 61.4 million.

April 2007 - PCC Rail S.A. - "Management system project at Holding Company PCC Rail S.A." - as part of the work, a catalog of functions in PCC Rail was designed, a detailed organizational structure, a Book of Services and corporate governance principles were developed as part of the Holding. The project included identifying and analyzing the features and competences of PCC Rail Group and creating a business model in the Group.

September 2007 - Ciech S.A. - "Dye Business Organization project in the Ciech Group S.A. - the merger project of two dye producers included an analysis of the benefits and possibilities of organizational integration of ZACHEM Barwniki and "Boruta-Kolor" companies within the Ciech S.A. Group.

September 2007 - ZACHEM S.A. - "Analysis of the profitability of the acquisition of control over Natural Chemical Products" project - acquisition of NCP by ZACHEM S.A. the comprehensive project included the analysis of NCP resources and the benefits of the integration of the Company with the Pianka Business Center at ZACHEM S.A. (synergy effects from the merger of entities).

May 2007 - Petrochemia Blachownia S.A. in Kędzierzyn - preparation of the economic analysis and business plan of the investment: "Construction of sulfuric acid plant". The aim of the project was to determine the effectiveness of investments in economic terms based on the adopted assumptions, level of inputs and forecasts of economic and financial results.

April 2007 - F.H.U-G. "Babiogórska" - Development strategy and investment plan for the company.

February 2007 - ELMAR-ZREMB-BATERIE Sp. z o.o. - project "ELMAR-ZREMB-BATERIE development strategy and implementation of the quality management system" - a comprehensive project including market analysis, assessment of the Company's competences, indication of development directions, preparation of the investment plan and implementation of the quality management system.

2006 - Petrochemia Blachownia S.A. in Kędzierzyn - preparation of the economic analysis of the investment: "Construction of the chemical installation - Feasibility Study". The aim of the project was to determine the effectiveness of investments in economic terms based on the adopted assumptions, level of inputs and forecasts of economic and financial results.

April 2006 - AMBOSS Polska Sp. z o.o. - Business plan of the project "Purchase of factory hall and start-up of production of welded steel elements".

January 2006 - Development of the strategy of Zakłady Chemiczne ZACHEM S.A. in Bydgoszcz for the years 2006-2010. As part of the project, the company's resource diagnosis, general strategy and product-market strategy as well as the restructuring program for 2006-2010 covering the development program of Zakłady Chemiczne were developed.
