We apply an individual approach to solving our clients' problems in order to identify and satisfy their needs in the best possible way. This type of approach means that our clients include both global industrial holdings as well as small, medium and even micro enterprises. Instytut Ekonomiczny MODUS Sp. z o.o. uses and implements unique, tested in practice research methods owned by Instytut Organizacji INORG Sp. z o.o. The research methods include, among others:

 

METHOD OF INITIAL ANALYSIS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE "WASO - 2"

"WASO - 2" is a method used to diagnose the organization system. This method is based on a model that takes into account five dimensions of the organizational structure, which include:

  • configuration of the organizational structure,
  • system standardization,
  • functional specialization,
  • stratification of decisions,
  • formalization of the management system.

This method has been successfully used in several dozen enterprises.

The results obtained from its application allowed to determine the directions of rationalization of the management system and to identify areas requiring detailed research.

 

METHOD OF POINT ANALYSIS OF THE SPREADING SPAN PARK - PH

The PARK 2000 - PH method is one of the detailed methods of analyzing the organizational structure. The aim of the research is to determine the optimal spreading range and deviations of the utilization span indicator.

The method used for over a dozen years allows to determine the directions of rationalization of the organization system, and is also used in rationalization programs for the level of employment in managerial positions.

 

METHOD OF INFORMATION-DECISION LINKAGES "SPIN"

The "SPIN" method based on the flow of information in the company and the mutual connection of information and decision-making competences. It is used both in the diagnosis of enterprises and in the design of the management system.

The method is used for:

  • modeling of the management function catalog,
  • division of tasks between organizational units,
  • construction of activity ranges,
  • unambiguous definition of contractors and decision makers in the management process,
  • determining the labor intensity of the functions performed and, as a result, determining the model employment in non-manual positions.

In recent years, the method has also been applied in the process of creating management systems of the main economic processes in enterprises.

 

METHOD OF STRUCTURAL CONNECTION ANALYSIS "PAKS"

The PAKS method was created in recent years as a result of the demand of enterprises aiming at the ever decentralization of management systems, creating independent business units.

The purpose of the method is to determine the degree of connections between units of strategic activity and, consequently, segmentation of the enterprise into business units. The method makes it possible to justify the rationality of separating or merging enterprises or business units.

 

THE METHOD OF STRUCTURAL CONNECTION ANALYSIS "ARO - 2000"

The "ARO - 2000" method is based on the point evaluation of strategic, operational and structural efficiency of the designed organizational solutions.

This method is used to justify the choice of an organizational solution, ensuring the most optimal translation of the company's strategic assumptions and management philosophy into the configuration of the organizational structure.

 

THE ALGORITHM OF CREATING A COMPANY'S STRATEGY

The Institute has developed its own algorithm for creating business strategies that includes several methods of strategic analysis, both own and well-known from world literature. According to this algorithm, strategic documentation was developed and implemented in several Polish enterprises (the first of which was developed and implemented in 1994).
